How do you turn up the sound? During the race the sound is very weak and
low volume. I turned up the sound parms in the sim all the way.

You have to start the game, then at the menu screen, hit the windows button
on your keyboard (to take you back to your desktop), then double click on
the speaker to adjust volume back up to the normal setting, then bring the
game back up.

The desktop volume will still be at 50% even if you replace the sounds. It's
got something to do with the latest patch. So, even if you replace the
sounds, it will still have low volume.

Put this in your SND_CPA.INI file (CPA/DLL folder):

[DLL_Sxd]
Unconditionnal=WAVX2 (change "None" to "WAVX2")

Some have said this causes the loss of the 3D effect with the SB Live, it
still works great for me though.
