Video Card help?

by Steve Gibs » Fri, 10 Apr 1998 04:00:00

I have a PII233 o'clocked to 300 and a trident 4mg AGP card.  Which
graphics card (additional? do I keep the trident?) will run the best
for the newer games that need 3D graphics?
Thanks (I'm a newbie)

Hi Steve:

You can keep your Trident card and add a Voodoo 1 or Voodoo 2 card.  The
Voodoo 2 card will work really good with your Pentium II but will cost
more.  I currently have Diamond Monster 3D (OEM) cards for sale at
$116.00.  Next week (after the 15th) I will have Jazz Renegade 3D 12 Meg
(retail version) cards for sale for $229.00 (plus you get a $30.00
Mail-In rebate).  Check out the "Flight-Ware" link below.

Let me know if you have any questions.

John
