either card will work. I have seen and heard of some graphic problems
with ATI cards and F1 2k2/mods. Most everyone so far has gotten it
corrected, but it is something to think about. The main advantage of the
ATI is two fold, slightly faster performance overall, and a longer viable
life since it is dx9 compatible and the Nvidia card is not. The nvidia
card will run dx9 programs, just not all the features will be available.
Speedwise, you can't go wrong with either.
If you could keep everything and bump the cpu up to xp2400+ range, that
would be even better.
I'm not familiar with the MSI board, but I'm guessing by the product
number it is a board that uses the Nforce2 chipset...which is good, that is
supposed to be the fastest chipset available right now for AMD cpus.
