A friend of mine has the following problem:-
I got this super notebook, with a 4mb S3 virge mx video card (Toshiba 750
DVD). Problem is when I run F1rs, I get a blue bar right across the screen
in line with the wheels.?
Has anybody had similar problems, or suggestions. I really wouldn't mind
running a few races while I travel.

I may be wrong here, but I thought I saw a FAQ on Ubisoft's website saying
that F1RS doesn't work properly with S3 Virge video cards. Something to do
with a quirk/bug in DirectX 5.0 which Microsoft aren't willing to fix.
