Hi,I need to know which is the best current video card at the moment to run
GPL,my Banshee packed up last week,i've tried a TNT2 card ( as per my
previous post) with no sucess,so going and changing card tomorrow,Main games
in orderGPL,SCGT,VIPER,TOCA,I am running P11-350 with 64meg ram.

I will continue to use an old thriller since I drive almost exclusively GPL and
I prefer the rendition chip. It also runs the other sims well. But I must say
if I were to get a card today to drive the sims you mentioned and so much else
it would have to be a v3 card. Whichever you can afford.

I have a Banshee and a Voodoo 3 in 2 different systems.

The V3 is a step up from the Banshee, speedwise. You won't be blown away,
however.

GPL is a Glide/Rendition only game, so your choices are limited.

Another alternative is to pick up a Voodoo II card. They are going pretty
cheap these days. You can then buy whatever 2D/3D card you want and still
enjoy GPL.
