I've also been having a lot of problems recently with lockups in games. Much
like the other poster, my hard disk light is flashing, as if it's doing
something but for the life of me I can't work out what. I've had a look at
programs running in the background, and there are only four, none of which
would appear to be taxing the memory too much. No virus checkers or system
monitors, and I haven't got Find Fast on my computer. Admittedly, I've only
got 64MB of Ram, but plenty of HD space left, and an AMD K6 II 350.Would
anyone know of a definitive list of things to look for to see why I'm
getting these freezes? (Only some games..Toca, GP500, but not Nascar, for
example...)
