1st Nascar Game

I was trying to install the Nascar game and when it gets to setting up
the sound everything seems to stop. It says that it found the sound card
and that it is going to test it. That is where it stops and i don't here
a thing. All of my other programs work with the current sound settings.
Does anyone have any suggestions that may help me out?
        Thanks in advance,    Tom

This is usually a DMA or interrupt problem or conflict.  You do not give
any details on the sound card and system configuration - so I suspect that
noone will be able to help.  If you include the configuration - someone
with the same hardware may be able to help you.

Tom, this is most likely a DMA or IRQ conflict.  Try setting these
values differently.  It may take a few tries, but you should be able to
find the one that works for your system.

Happy Holidays,

Or - simply bypass the "TEST" routine.
