Why would I need a car set? Why do ten cars change? Change into what?
What's the difference between this and the cars at IWCC?

Not much.  This car set lets you only race with one set and IWCCCARS
individual cars sets let you with with as many as you want.  You want
simple stay with the individual cars and stay away from the car set.

That is what I was stating, just with questions <G> I still don't
understand why the 10 cars change.

I disagree with "Bill" on this one.  The designer of this car set has
recreated the '97 cars beautifully and has promised upgrades should
they change more as the season settles down.  The other huge plus with
this car set is the trouble that Chris Frederick went to to make it
easy to install AND uninstall.  Much simpler than dealing with
individual cars and trying to keep them to a list size that Nascar 2
will recognize since it only will "see" so many in a directory.
Owners of Nascar 2 who have not tried this car set should at least
give it a try.  If you're looking for an authentic set that's easy to
install and remove, this is the way to go.  Get it at:

I am in no way affiliated with the page and this is just my opinion of
the set.  Take it or leave it.

This is a very good car set.  You can download it and unzip it and
there are all the *.car files, so you can place them in your car
directory and use them.  You don't have to use his install that moves
all of your current car files to a backup directory and just uses his.

I recommend downloading and moving the *.car files to your cars
directory and using them that way.

Chris,
This sounds like a very nice project and I would love to use it but I
have tried for the last 3 days to download it with no luck.  Your
server is just to busy.  Any chance you could move it to mirror site
that is not as busy as compuserve?
