TSW problems?

by Trevor C Thoma » Thu, 22 Jan 1998 04:00:00

Hi All,

It seems as though we have been criticized for both poor quality and not
reponding to email by Mr Koehler so I thought perhaps you might be
interested in our side of the story.

First let me say that the problems Mr Koehler reffered to with his unit
are not normal, in fact he is the first person to ever have any of
these, I'm not saying he's wrong just that no one else has ever reported
anything similar.

As for not reponding to email, I personally check email twice a day, 7
days a week and respond to all messages immediately as the other guys
said. Evidently Mr Koehler has a spam filter that may have been missed
if he hasnt recieved an answer, we do however have two phone numbers so
I dont see this as our fault.

Any time any customer has a problem with a TSW he can send it back for
repair and most repairs are done immediately and the unit shipped back
the same day it is recieved.

If Mr Koehler feels that something is wrong with his unit he can easily
return it for repair any time he wishes, as can any other customer. If
he was less than satisfied with the TSW he could also have returned it
for a full refund with no questions asked.

Thanks for responding so quickly to this issue. I can hardly wait 'til my
