Does more Modem speed=better VROC??

Hi all,
I only know TEN stuff right now, and it seems (has been proven?) to be
better at 19,200 than higher speeds. Is this the case with GPL online/VROC
also, or is it time to change to 38.4, 56.6 or 115.2 settings? Advice?
