HELP! GPL LOCKING UP

Got a new wheel to replace my old T-2 and after loading up the Logitech
Wingman, GPL locks up at the Sierra Sports screen.  I can run VROC alright, but
offline locks up bad.  Is there anything I can do, short of a re-install?

P.S.  Dell 600 p-3 256 ram sblive geforce 256 & voodoo 2.  Cant wait to get it
up and running to load up the new papy patch.

Install the direct 3d patch, then open app.ini and change
lastRasterizerDLL = softdll.dll
Then you should at least get into it, then try the direct3d option
