GTR2002 question

by Igor » Wed, 29 Jan 2003 00:36:46

I finally bought F1 2002 and installed GTR2002. It's great.
Now I have a question:
When I drive a car in F12002 I can see the drive's hands on the steering
wheel.
When I drive a car in the GTR2002 I don't see the hands. It makes me fell
that it is some kind of  a ghost car.
Am I missing some setting or it is by design?

Thanks in advance,
    Igor

Igor,

Glad that you like GTR 2k2.  There aren't any hands in it....I think
that it's by design.

That's ironic considering most people complained about the hands in GPL...

If you remove the steering wheel from the***pit view, it helps.

I can't seem to find the description of what you change to remove the wheel,
but I got it from skurjz. If you can't find it on his site, you might Email
him. FWIW, I reversed one of the values in the Marco's file and now I'm driving
it from the right hand side with no wheel!!
