FYI this is quite old news. A couple of week after GPL's release, some
people at BB&B were able without a problem to edit banking on the corners
and put all the grass as asphalt. They did those test in controlled
environment and I would suggest to this person to send all the information
he has to Papyrus, why not Randy if you know his email address.
