Sound Card Suggestions???

Sound Card Suggestions???

Can anyone suggest a good sound card on lines with the Audigy?  Want
something with good driver support for W2K that will support EAX in most
games.
After a day and a half of working my PC froze up, I can only blame the
Audigy for this.  I am using a KT7A RAID MB with a TBIRD1.33

If you use a VIA chipset board I'd suggest not getting the Audigy.

My friend picked up a Hercules Game Theatre XP for his VIA chipset board.
No problems and he loves the card.

That's what I have been thinking but was worried about their ability to
support EAX.
Anyone have any issues using the Santa Cruz, especially in NASCAR 4?
