I have a few suggestions for you.
#1. Don't bother putting 768 Mb of ram on this motherboard, the 815e
chipset only handles 512 meg.
#2. If you haven't bought the ram yet and need more than 256M, get VERY
high quality ram or get a single 512 meg stick. The CUSL2-C has problems
with too many "sides" of ram, apparently. I have two fairly ordinary 256
meg DIMMs, either of which works and tests perfectly on this Mobo, but when
installed together, create consistent memory errors in the address range of
the 2nd DIMM.
#3 I have an original SBLive! Value and a SBLive! MP3+. The Value has a
separate header for digital out to the speakers and the MP3 has it built
right into the bracket, but requiring an adapter. The MP3+ also crackled
mightily when hooked to the digital speakers and a usenet crawl uncovered a
LOT more people with the same problem. Not an issue if you aren;t using
digital speakers, though.

It may change your mind about what you want to put together.
