MGP2 launching problem

Hi all,
    When I try to start MGP2, the screen flash and then back to win95,
can anyone help? I am using a ATI Xpert with 8MB, PP200 with 96MB, and
with the latest ATI driver 5.30.

Try updating your sound drivers. Ive heard that should help :-)

        Try updating to DX6.
