   Hey my friend has a Cyrix,  I think it is a P150,  he claims P200
performance
and at least for N99 it looks similar to my P200mmx.  But he's tried the
GPL demo and it won't run, says he must have a Pentium.  Does the
full version of the game support Cyrix?   I can't answer for him since my
copy of gpl won't arrive til this weekend.

Here is the section about Cyrix in the "read me " file of GPL.

CYRIX 6x86 ISSUES

GPL uses a Pentium instruction which is not supported by the 6x86, and as
such GPL will not run on this CPU.  It will run on later Cyrix chips such as
the MX and MII, the AMD K5 and K6, in addition to all genuine Intel Pentium
chips.
