I dunno if Dave Noonan (or someone else) will ever work on these,
but I can dream, can't I?

1.     Milano-I drool over the thought of driving a stocker on that
            graduated banking!

1a.    Miloval-ditto

2.     Greenland (the long version)-because you can trailbrake
            in N2003, this would rock...

3.     Sensapatria (long version)-I want to launch a stock car
off that hill, and see how much hang time I can get...

4.     One of those huge ovals-Smogbank or ***bath.  Drafting
            duels down multi-mile long straights...

5.     Legion (can you tell I like the no-track-length limit?)

One thing I would say is that I don't think David Noonan will ever convert a user made track without the expressed written consent from the original track creator.

That said, I agree with you that there are just TONS of GPL tracks that would probably be great in NR03 ;) But obviously, I think he needs to concentrate on tweaking all of the tracks in his current converter to get them to work as good as possible, and of course get the "other" original GPL tracks converted. ;o.

It would be nice to see some of those tracks though, and with Nr2k3 being the end of the road it makes things interesting in terms of where will he devote his attention.
Hopefully he, or GPLEA, release some GPL level track tools will be made in time and even if the non-papy tracks never see life in N2k3 I'm sure we would see plenty of great user-made tracks.

With N2k3 being incredibly fun/rewarding as a road course sim (far better than any I have touched) I'm sure we'll see our share of diverse tracks.

All those tracks would be fun, but what I'd really like to see next is more
tracks where non-open-wheel cars race regularly, like Road Atlanta, Sebring,
Lime Rock and LeMans.
