GPL Win2000: Screen Flashes?

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to remove the screen flashes I get in
GPL under Windows 2000? I recall someone mentioned disabling triple
buffering but I don't know how to do that.

I haven't used a GeForce for a while, but I think you'll find triple
buffering in display properties \ advanced.
