F1 2001... I lost Monza! Help!!!

After changing and re-changing the textures at many of the different
tracks, I just noticed that I can no longer race at Monza. When
selecting any other track, I get a national flag graphic, a track layout
graphic, and an announcer informing me about each particular track. When
I go to the page where Monza should be, there is no national flag in the
circle on the left (in fact, inside the circle it looks like a clear
window showing a small portion of the main menu page!), the rest of the
page is blank (it may say Monza or Italy on the bottom, but no track
layout) and no announcer. When I try to select this "non-track" I get
booted back to the desktop. Every other track seems to work fine.

I already tried removing the "Monza" folder from the game on my hard
drive, then copying the original "Monza" folder from the CD into it's
place, but that didn't seem to make any difference. I have the Official
Patch and I'm using a No-CD patch as well. I have only changed car and
track textures, and I haven't done a thing with the FIA GT mod.

What seems to be the problem? Even if I wouldn't drive Monza very much,
it pisses me off that I can't drive it at all! Any help is
appreciated...

Backup driver files, uninstall from control panel, registry cleanup,
delete directory, reinstall. Now, that was easy :)
