ICR2: Long Beach drivers2.txt data

Okay, here is another stab at putting together a "realistic simulated"
1996 drivers field for ICR2.  Thanks for the feedback I received on my
last batch of figures.

First a few bits of background on the figures.  For this set of data I
used the EDS scoring for the driver's fastest laps for each of the 4
races run so far this year.  I am using power figures based on times at
the oval tracks.  The traction figures are based on road courses.  I
have attempted to "rank" the drivers based on how far their fastest lap
was from the fastest lap of the race.

Of course all of the major overhauling really messed up my qualifying
figures.  I have fixed a few which were really way off.  But I expect
some feedback on how well they seem to be working.

The other problem that developed with this new approach is that
everybody seems to drive better (especially on the road courses).  Now,
you may be asking, is this a problem?  Well this caused the backmarkers
to drive to the point of holding up the field when they were getting
lapped.  If a really good driver got around he ended up putting 20-40
seconds on the rest of the field (at Long Beach).  A little tweaking of
the agressive numbers for the slower guys has helped this out a lot.  It
can still happen where the AI guys get mired trying to get through
lapped traffic.  But this usually happens when a couple of back markers
are racing for position.

I am sorry to be so late in getting this file out.  But damn it, I had
too much fun dicing with the big boys at Long Beach.  I ran 2 100% races
against 100% opponents.  Maybe it's my imagination, but these numbers
make the AI drivers drive better than before.  These drivers are not for
the faint of heart!

For those waiting for more cars, well I should be able to get a few out
in the next week.  As a matter of fact Richard has sent a few my way
that are just sitting in the garage begging for the spray gun.

Remember I need your feedback.  This latest batch is a production of
feedback I received from you *** racers out there.

NOTE:  I am including my actual drivers2.txt file in uuencoded format.
This will preserve the formatting for those of you who want to cut and
paste.
