ICR2: Drivers2.txt & X-File.txt updates

I know I have been remiss in keeping these files update over the last 3
or 4 races.  However, I am happy to announce that both files are now up
to date through the running of the Molson Indy this last weekend.

You can find them at:
        http:/www.teleport.com/~mcarver/ppg97.htm
or
        ftp://ftp.teleport.com/users/mcarver/AutoSim/drivers2.txt
        ftp://ftp.teleport.com/users/mcarver/AutoSim/x-file.txt

Happy racing!

What?!!  A week behind?  How can you look yourself in the
mirror each morning, knowing that ***-babies everywhere
need your set up_to_date_up_to_the_hour?!!  You must be one of
those ***s who have a job and a life, eh?  Shame, shame...  ;)

Mike, what's up with the URL-minder thingy that was on the PPG97 page?  It
should of told me this!  Anyway, could you try to work on painting Junae
Ludvig's carset (the one with the transverse gearbox, adjustable (in
appearance only) rear road course wings, and shark fins)?  I'm currently
using it mainly because of the cool shape of the cars, but I like a lot of
your paintjobs better AND also how you kept the order of the cars similar
to the default Papyrus order in the cars95 carset.

Keep up the gr8 work,
Loren

The URL-minder usually takes a day or 2 to get around to the thousands
of sites it monitors.  For those that follow r.a.s. the news should get
out quickly, but since not everyone checks in 2-3 times a day, I think
the URL-minder is a nice service.

<PMFJI>..
You can do this yourself by unpacking the .dat files for both Mike's
and Ludvig's carsets. Then take Ludvig's .3do files from inside his
.dat, and copy them over Mike's .3do files.. Then repack Mike's set,
and copy the new .dat back into your PPG97 dir.

You *may* need to re-import the .pcx's of Mike's (via paintkit's
"import" feature) to get all the paint colors on the car bodies.

Hope this helps :)
