SODA Sound Problem

Is anyone having a problem with a high pitch background sound in SODA?
I can hear all of the sounds, engine, cars touching etc. okay but I also
have this annoying high pitch sound in the background when racing.  
Would appreciate suggestions.  Thanks in advance
