I just figured out how to get FSAA working, in D3D, with my GeForce 256 (by
ELSA). I upgraded to release 10.50 of the NVIDIA drivers. Had something
like version 6.31 prior to this.
One big problem (for me) though. While FSAA now works for D3D, the visual
quality is awful. everything is "muddy". I'm back to running in OPENGL,
with 2X2 AA turned on. It looks very nice like this and I get around 30-42
FPS (depending on traffic). I could gain some more FPS by turning off the
AA, but to me, AA on makes a huge difference.
