Has anyone had success using act labs performance pedals with the black MOMO
force wheel?

I use the MOMO wheel along with TSW pedals with no problem, if that helps.  Of
course, it only works for sims that recognize multiple controllers, such as
NR2003, GPL, F1C, etc.  I can't imagine why the Act Labs pedals would be any
different.

Now, if you are asking whether the peds can be successfully hardwired to the
MOMO wheel, that's an entirely different question, for which I do not know the
answer.

Sure!  Lots of folks use that combination since the MOMO gas pedal has
a calibration problem.  I use it.  Just unplug your MOMO pedals and
connect the Act Lab Performance Pedals via the USB connection.  Then
make sure that you go to the "second page" with the little arrow at
the bottom of the calibration screen in NR2003.  That is where you
will find the pedal calibration.

Thanks men! I have the USB performance pedal so not interested in hard
wiring. I just purchased a new Black Momo force wheel only online. Glad to
hear it will work.
