I have a thrustmaster T2 and Nascar racing. My T2 is plugged into my
soundblaster16 on a pentium 150.
Everytime I come out of a corner or turn the wheel, it spins out and does
a 360. Anybody have any ideas
or suggestions how to stop doing this.

Try reducing the steering lock in the Game. If that doesn't work look
into getting an adjustable game card. I use my T1 through my PAS
soundcard, but I only have a P90 :(

Change it to linear steering

Two things to check: linear/non-linear steering, wheel lock.
With a wheel you don't need as much wheel lock. Linear steering is a lot
touchier....
