Can you install LWFF wheel on 1 GHz cpu?

When I try installing my LWFF on my 1 GHz AMD Athlon, the system freezes.  Does
anybody know about a patch for 1 GHz CPUs?  I checked www.wingmanteam.com, but
there doesn't seem to be a patch for this?

You didn't look very hard :)  There is a patch there
