LWFF software won't install, help plz

by alex.. » Wed, 17 Jan 2001 02:27:38

Trying to re-install LWFF wingman software WS362ENU on my newly built
computer.  LWFF and software worked fine on previous computer, so thats
not the problem.  The problem is the program crashed after files
extraction and installer version checking. The last message I saw
was 'Preparing to install...'.

Can someone please help me with the problem?

P.S. My computer 1GHz Thunderbird with Windows98, DirectX 8

Download the latest drivers from www.wingmanteam.com, also make sure to get
the microsoft installer via the link at the wingmanteam site.

If your CPU speed is over 900MHz then you will need to install the Logitech
Speed Fix found at:

http://www.racesimcentral.net/

I just came across this myself when my new Athlon 1GHz wouldn't boot up and
linked it to*** when the profiler is trying to load.

Darren

Just noticed it is now included in version 3.62 that I hadn't installed yet.
Still running 3.30 as it seems to be fine.
Anyone had any problems with 3.62 on WinME??
