One more thing I forgot, I tried increasing the steering sensitivity to its
highest level, but it doesn't help all that much.  Thanks!

Thanks for the tip, rrevved.

CTFJ makes a big difference in Ford Racing.  The
title actually comes dangerously close to drivable
now.

But here's the big surprise.  I tried it out on
Spirit of Speed 1937 (I know, I know -- coaster
candidate) and it was suddenly possible to see
what the title should have been.  Well, since it
can now be seen, I guess it actually now is what
it should have been.  Or at least much, much
closer to it.  No GPL to be sure, but a great
glimpse at what it must have been like to race
between the wars.
