Steering sensitivity in RC2K demo

I downloaded the RC2K demo, and the steering using my wheel is far too
sensitive.

Questions:
1) can I do something about it ?
2) if not, is it the same in the retail version ?

thanks for answering!

You could tweak the response of your wheel with DXTweak from Logitech's
website (don't know the exact link ATM) by increasing the values for the
x-axis.

Here you can adjust it a bit. It's still very sensitive, but you'll get used
to it and even need it, because you'll have to react very fast...

If you've got an MSFF, then make a new profile that has a large deadzone
on the steering axis. It made the demo fine for me.  In the full
version, it's improved as you can decrease steering sensetivity in the
player detail info.
