Hi,

How do you go about speeding up the AI in GPL? I don't really understand
all this "global hype" stuff or how it works.

Ideally I'd like to take around 0.75s a lap off the AI times at GP
level.

The Global Hype Scaling System speeds up the AI as you get faster, so I presume
from what I've read about it. But couldn't you use Alison Hine's AI Tweak
thing to make the AI faster instead of what most people do and make them
slower?

Graeme, If you use windows explorer to open up each track's file, you can
find a line that reads" dlong_speed_adj_coeff=1.0750 " I was lowering this
number to around 0.950 when I first got GPL, just to keep the AI in
sight....as i got faster, I gradually raised this number back to it's
original value....This value regulates the AI cars speed down the straights,
this may work for you if you raise the number( remember to save the change).
