GPL 65 FFB Question

Does GPL 65 use the same core.ini file/settings as the regular game?  The
'65 cars feel heavier and less lively--the opposite of what one would
expect--than their '67 counterparts.  Unless this is the new physics
properly communicating itself through my MOMO wheel???

There is only one core.ini so yes, the 65 mod uses that. I've noticed
the wheel seems a little heavier & I have to press more firmly on the
brakes to lock the wheels too.

I'm guessing it's a result of this low speed grip thing.

With my Logitech Momo (red), the brakes seem to take less travel and
stop the car more quickly. (Lighter weight?) The steering seems to be
more sensitive to road irregularities; it's bumping around more. The
feedback in turns feels good, though. I usually start GPL through the
Wingman utility, whereas GPL65 is starting through GEM. That could make
for a difference.
