GPL 65 Problem

I dl'd the new mod yesterday but I have a problem loading the sim. When I
click on the GEM +2 icon it goes out and looks for a program (GPLaim 2) and
an extension .msi. I evidently don't have this program. Where can I get it
and what does it do?
In order to run the sim I have to cancel out of this installation program 2
or 3 times but the sim eventually loads. I can run the sim fine but it's a
little annoying.
Also I can't create a shortcut as per the instructions on the website.
Any help?

I had that on a machine that had GPLAIM previously running. Luckily I still
had the setup program so I pointed the installer to it and it continued ok.

If you can't find it anywhere post here and I'll upload it
