Help! F1 2001: Slyman's Complete Unified Patch Version 1.0

Hi all,
This file has proven harder to get than anything!!
Has anyone got a link to it other than Hungarian Sim World (too slow, and it
times out) or Bobi's site (CRC errors in the file)?
I've looked very hard, but can't seem to find a working file anywhere!  Any
help would be appreciated.
