Updates European 1.0.2.4 to US version 1.0.4.5

General
=======
General graphic speed and capability improvements from version 1.0.2.4.
Although the same driver compabilities problems with Nvidia Detonator
drivers that were in 1.0.2.4 is still a problem in this release.

Added ability to revert to default car setup

AI

Improved AI line for all tracks

Multiplayer
===========
Patch 1.0.4.5 is needed for multiplayer capability with the US version.
version 1.0.2.4 (European retail) is not compatible with version 1.0.4.5 in
Multiplayer.

Just got the patch, installed in my (canadian-european)..
NO FF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess the US has no FF as well... What a shame..

This is NOT the official retail patch . Everyone appreciates that these
guy's are doing a splendid job, but it would be nice if they made it clear
that this is their own stuff, not ISI's.

Sorry I was under the impression that the US retail would have FF in
it...And now it states it will not...

I just bought the US version today. No FF, but I honestly don't miss
it. The graphics and audio cues are so good that I just always feel
like I know what is going on with the car. FF really wouldn't add much.

Makes sod all difference as far as I can see! Let's wait for the official
patch.

Well it did state it only bought to the two versions (US & European) into
line. Multiplayer compatibility plus a few little tweaks.
