ok, wheel worked fine on my old box w/winme, got my new box today with win

FF works fine, center spring feels good outside sims, but as soon as I jump
into a sim, or the test program for that matter, the centering spring goes
dead. can't drive with a dead centering spring.
as soon as i exit sims the centering spring works fina again.

anyone have a fix, or any suggestions?
got a league race tomorrow!!
THANKS!!

Same thing happened to me yesterday.   Wiggled the power cord slightly fixed
it!  Seriously, for some reason it was making only a partial connection..
bizarre.
