4:08 so far - just got the demo on the weekend.
I need to adjust the filters for the pedals - it feels like there's only
an on/off switch for the gas...
And I get faster once I tear the front bumper off... just like my dirt
track car.  Sad but true...

Have you raced the "ghost car" yet?  Entertaining, but hard to drive
because it obscures the track too much for my liking.

You can adjust the ghost car settings by editing GhostCarSettings.ini in
the Cars directory under the main RBR directory.   I've got mine set to:

[Settings]
Ambient = 0.5 0.5 0.7
FadeDistance = 900
MaxOpacity = 0.7

I'm not sure what all the ambient things do, but the FadeDistance seems
to set how far away the car is before it starts going transparent, and
the MaxOpacity being how solid it becomes.   It's much easier to drive
with the car going transparent farther ahead, you never end up just a
few feet off its bumper, completely unable to see what's up ahead.

Yes, Harwood Forest.

I thinks its the Impreza but not sure.  I just get in and drive :)

3.25 is amazing.  Im nearly out of control to post the 3.38.  Too bad I
couldnt use your ghost while Im driving, just for comparison.

Best thing to do is make the ghost car invisible with MaxOpacity = 0.0, it
removes the distraction and you will probably crash less often trying to
keep up with it.

My 3.25 is with the Subaru in the demo, it's just a matter of learning the
stage and where you can push hard.

Maybe some difference tween the demo and retail?

My 3.38 sure wasn't a perfect run either, 2-3 mistakes.  I could see
eventually getting near 35 but 25 is off the charts for me :)

BTW I did take a picture of the times :)

Don't expect cronik to post a ghost/replay any time soon...

Well, it's not quite my fastest but near enough...

Driving with a gamepad and it's starting to get harder to improve as it's so
easy to make a mistake.

The wr time on rbr rank is around 3.12 I think which is quite amazing, so
there is still plenty of time to be found. :)

Much thanks! :)

I probably hold the record for most rollovers.  3 times - endo style and
probably 5 times sideways.  The sad part is I wasn't trying to***
up... I need a bit more rear shock travel... :)

Bear in mind that RBR rank is still very much in its infancy and that I've
probably had a 100 or so runs at Harwood.

I've looked at a few other hotlap sites and noted several keyboarders with a
faster time than me. :)
