Gravis Gamepad with ICR

Has anybody been able to use the four buttons with the Gravis Gamepad
with Indycar Racing from Papyrus. I can only use 2 buttons, it does
not seems to recognize the 2 buttons (as fire 1 and 2 on joystick 2).
The four buttons work with other games.

Any ideas ?

I am running Win95 by the way ... if that make a difference ?

Nicholas,
        Win95 shouldn't affect it if it's a DOS game.  Did you go to the
SET CONTROLS menu in Indycar, and set those buttons up to do something?
If not, do so!

Yup, did that but that is where they are not recognized. Let's say I
am trying to set the button for Accelerate and press on the 3rd
button, it does not do anything, ie do not recognize it.
