N4 Crash to desktop

N4 Crash to desktop

New computer...AMD 933mhz, 16meg TNT2 video card ( I know I know ) ASUS mb. N4
occasionally crashes to desktop. Heat sink, fans in and out. Is this heat
related? Never did this on my old celery 400. Any other causes known? Oh
yeah...this one has Win ME vs old Win98. Thanks in advance
