Try the following:

SET N2FXLOAD=0x100000
SET N2FXLOAD=0x200000
SET N2FXLOAD=0x280000
SET N2FXLOAD=0x400000
SET N2FXLOAD=0XFFFFFF <---- I use with 12 Mb Monster II
