I don't like that there's only 2 buttons on the front of the wheel....

I read somewhere that they are going to add some more buttons to the
wheel in the final product. I hope so because this wheel looks like it
might be a winner !

Hopefully they'll put a bit of effort into the pedals.  Any pics?

Don't think so, this is the production version. Slightly odd decision
considering the dfp has lots of buttons. No problem for me as I have
space for the shifter and can't cope with too many buttons anyway :)

!
I have the space as well, it's just so easy to hit a button on the
wheel without taking your hand off the wheel or your eye off te screen.
Plus the real racers are putting more buttons on the wheel all the
time, not less.

Theres probably a wiring advantage to not doing it though.

It looks sweet, the pedals are my main concern. Also has anyone had problems
with this type of paddle shifters? I've had MSFF wheels since they first
came out and have yet to have a problem (other than the *** grips) Why
not use an optical sensor instead of normal off the shelf pot's?

Yep the pedal box  looks a little too shallow to me.... I'm getting the
feeling,
looking at the pics that it shares some DNA with the original act labs
pedalset.
Which doesn't thrill me too much .... let's hope they actually carry the
ball all
the way to the touch line , rather than fumble it with ten yards to go.

A free sporting analogy ... jv

Maybe in Formula One - but most other motorsports still have fairly
standard steering wheels.

Yeah, bugs me a bit too.

Logitech has this uncanny ability to fix one thing, then***up something
else that was fine in the previous model.  Happens every time it seems.

Mitch

Thx.

Ewwwww.  They dont look very good from the pics.

Pedals most often get treated like a step child and these dont look any
different.

Thrustmaster Rallye GT still shown as "Unavailable" on Amazon.

What is with these hardware companies.  It never used to be like this.
