I've seen E3 photos of Logi wheel being used with GP3. Is there something
special you have to do to get it to work?

No... it needs to have ID 1 in the Game Controllers applet to use the FF
though. Oh... and combined axis for the pedals.

Make a new User Set in your Control panel.  Set as follows (this is not
really complete yet ;-):

Controller Type: Wheel
Steering Device: Joystick A Horiz
Steering Mode:   Analog

Accelerator:     Joystick A Vert
Accel Mode:      Analog

Brake:           Joystick A Vert
(Note: no split axis!)

Gear Change Up:  Joystick A Fire 2
Gear Change Down:Joystick A Fire 1
(These makes downshift on the left paddle)

Make sure "Control Driven Calibration" is set to
"On"  

Calibrate and go.  Haven't figured out what to do with my center
buttons yet, as I have to map keyboard functions to them.  But there
don't appear to be any "View Left/Right/Back" capabilities at any rate,
so why bother...

no, just set up a profile like you do for your other games. Mine works fine.

Yeh i set my profiler up to use one of the buttons for IN***PIT view
using the Right Arrow Key and another button for BEHIND VIEW using the
PAGE DOWN key. IM still tryin to figure out what to use the other 2
buttons for. ANy secret keys???

I just set mine up as ID 1.  Make it the ONLY controller setup in
WIN98 and off I went.
