How do we change the default setups in F1RS? Everytime I start a grand
prix my setups are replaced by the default ones. I am fed up with loading
my setups everytime. Is there a way to save my setup as the default
setup?

That is one major gripe that many F1RS gamers have with the
interface, count myself in. To answer your question: There is no
patch for this "feature", although I'd rather call it a bug.
