I can't find my damn manual to give you the exact page numbers (too many
piles of paper near my desk), but there are short cuts listed for things
like replay (r) restart race (y) and changing rules/settings via function
keys.

Joe,

I looked through the manual and I couldn't find the function <CTL> F for
seeing FPS on screen! Maybe there are other similar functions that are not
listed in the manual. Basically it addresses F Keys etc. Perhaps these type
of things are listed in a readme file?

Sorry, I neglected to mention that the fps counter was added in a the first
patch. (I'm pretty sure it was the first patch although I'm not certain, it
could have been patch 2).
