When installing GPL what order should install the patches? Should the car
sound come before or after the CPU patch? Also the same for the disco fix,
broadband, and 1.2 update. There was a post a while back that questioned
using alot of the third party patches like carsound with the CPU fix.

I did it in this order:  1.2 update, D3D, cpufix, carsound, gplshift.
I was told cpufix already includes the discofix.  Works fine for me.

Ok thanks. I have been battling what I belive is a sound issue, and was
kinda hoping that maybe there was a issue with carsound and cpufix to blame
it on.  GPL runs great when I'm by myself, but as soooon as I get other cars
around the sound goes to hell and the FPS starts to get jumpy even though
the FPS counter is reported god numbers. I did aplly the disco fix so maybe
I'll start over even though I doubt thats it because I wasn't online.
