That was exactly my thought! F1 Racing Championship seems to have te most
realistic AI ever, but it seems to be developed for the 2001 Season, even
though the data is supposedly from the 99 season :)

Saw them, and the moment Verstappen went off the line, I had an uneasy,
VROC type feeling about it. After all, if someone is lapping you, you
don't move off the line but let the person find their own way around you
while you leave them enough room to do it; the initiative should be on
the faster driver's side.

Jos should play a bit of GPL on VROC to learn this and not spend any
more time in the arcade world of real F1!

It wasn't Verstappens fault.

It's the attraction of the bmw williams.
Villeneuve crashes horribly in Australia when driving into Ralf Schumacher.
Barichello crashes into Ralf Schumacher.
Verstappen crashes into Montoya.

Slipstreaming the Williams is the cause of all of these accidents. F1
drivers aren't used to this anymore and have to get used to it now.

Are you saying that the new Williams-BMW stole the honour of having the
most attractive rear end from the pit-lane girls (a.k.a. screwdrivers,
or so I heard) ?

Interesting thought! it does seem almost too much of a coincidence that
Williams cars have been involved in serious rear end shunts 4 times already
this season. Is it that the Williams brakes very suddenly? Or does the rear
wing spoil the front wing downforce of the car behind so badly that it cant
brake properly? Makes you think anyway.

Sorry - I meant 3 times, not 4

I was thinking maybe it is something in how the Williams looks that makes
the driver behind estimate speed and/or distance wrongly.
