Having never purchased ICR2, and wanting to for some time, I found it at a
bargain price and bought it. I have been trying to use N2-ICR2 converters to
no avail. The 15 tracks on the cd get a little old after awhile. I also have
had a problem installing the sim in dos, although I am getting great frame
rates in Windows mode (low-20, high-30+). My system is a P166mmx, Matrox
Mystique, 64megs. For those of you that may not know, if you are running
Office 97, if you do an uninstall, then disable the Fast-Find option on
re-install, it will increase your frame rates drastically in Windows sims.
The Fast-Find is constantly polling your hd, and eats up frame rates
drastically. ........just a hint that worked great for me, as I demo many
sims. If anyone can help me with the above problems, I would appreciate it
greatly. My main problem in installing the prog in dos is that my mouse is
selected as controls. I have used the patch to no avail. I may have to
disable my mouse driver first, but don't really want to do that, as I demo
many sims in dos that require my mouse driver and don't really want to go
through that hassle. Thanks much in advance.
NOW!!!...gotta try GPL.......should have a review on the demo on the
page by the weekend.......love this...hehe.....

a quick fix for the mouse being selected is to copy your controls.cfg file
from N2 to ICR2.  Good luck
