Play SODA over the net?

by Jerry » Fri, 20 Feb 1998 04:00:00

I am e-mailing people that have posted on rec.auto.simulators that have shown
an interest in SODA off-road racing.   I would like to know if you would like
to race online usiing TCP/IP over the internet.  I have played one person who
was on Mplayer that I knew and the performance was good as playing AI trucks in
the game.  It was just the two of us and I figure that the limit of 6 trucks
shouldn't hurt performance too badly.  If you would be interested in playing
over the net please let me know.  Contact me at the e-mail below and if your an
Mplayer member (it's free) we could all meet in one of there chat rooms.

Thanks

Well Jerry, I'm expecting a P5 200mmx this Friday.  If I get it and figure out
all the ins and outs of the new MB and DSII then I'll do the Soda boogie sometime
next week.  Also check out Kali.  There are supposed to be several on line running
there as well.
