Hi gang,

Just picked up a Voodoo5 PCI to go with my GeForce2 GTS/T-bird 1GHz (oc'ed
to 1.12GHz right now), and I'm wondering what special things I might need to
do to get the most out of it (besides getting the whole dual graphics cards
thing to work, which I'm assured is pretty straightforward).

I've already downloaded drivers from 3dfx's ftp site, but are there any
other things I should look out for?  Will I need George's GLide wrapper?
Any particular versions of the GLide files?  What settings seem to work best
with GPL?   GPL is probably the only thing that will actually use the new
card, so that's what it will be optimized for.

TIA for any tips.

Rick

Tell me if you find a way to get both the V5 and GeForce 2 working together
at the same time.  I have never heard of this...except maybe with a Voodoo
2.

I use George's glide wrapper. I run at 800x600 with 4xAA. My card is
oc'd to 183 but your mileage may vary. Other than that I'm pretty much
running untweaked. I get a solid 36 except in heavy traffic like race
starts.

I believe you need to go into the bios and initialize AGP or PCI first
depending on which card you want to use.
