gp2 tracks NOT realistic

Hi,

This weekend I've wtahce dy 148 consecutive F1 gp without missing one
single live coverage.
Having watched f1 for such a 'long' time, I've noticed a couple of
unrealistic track details in gp2:
Brazil: cars cannot be drive over the second chicane at the back of the
circuit, which can be done in real life: the urbs tines are completely.
When crossing the first chicane you can't look to the next corner because
the tracks runs uphill-downhill, in gp2 that part of the track is allmost
flat.
Adalaide: the hairpin at the end of the back of the track is allmost a 90
degree trun in gp2, the real hairpin is infact going 180 degrees (cars
turning in and cars turning out are standing parrallel to each other)
Monaco: remember Schumacher's early exit last year? So were atre the
extreemly high 'inside' curbstones in the loews hairpin??? in gp2 you can
touch the inside curbstones without problems...this will make the
lapstimes slightly better....and it doesn't punnish sloppy driving!

Despite of this all I think it a fantastic game ! :-)
Greetings,

Hmmmm, never noticed, but there's also the issue of banking corners,
which are missed out in GP2 but are present on the real Brazil track.

Never noticed this either. Of course they haven't raced at Adelaide for
a while so it's hard to tell.

Well... Schumacher didn't exit at Loews did he? He exited at the corner
between Loews and Portier. You're right though, Loews is one of the most
memorable corners in F1, simply because it's the one that is most
splashed around press and the like. It's a shame that it isn't
accurately represented.
The corner Schumacher exited at had very slight kerbs if I remember. If
you drive without steering help, you'll also find that you slide off
upon taking too much kerb; even though it was wet in real life :)

Heh...

I think this is a general problem with GP2 (?), that the maximum curve on
a corner that can be represented is 90 degrees. I'm thinking of the
hairpin in Canada, Japan and France.
